Setup service

Rs 1,750 per unit, paid once Minimum Rs 5,000

Our team sets up everything for you: properties, units, tenants, agreements and utilities.
We enter your carried-over figures from the start of your joining month, and everything since the 1st of that month.
You check the figures, then confirm and lock them.

Setup with History

Setup + Rs 300 per unit, for each past month copied Minimum Rs 3,000 for the history part

Everything in the Setup service.
We also copy your past records line by line from your own books, from the month you choose.
Past tenants are included too.

Annual contract

Rs 7,000 per unit, per year Minimum Rs 24,000 a year

Our team looks after your rent records all year.
Tenant follow-up: rent reminders, chasing late payments, and handling tenant complaints.
Not included: inspections, repairs or maintenance. ELVA does no field work.

How prices work

Three simple rules

You pay per unit

A unit is each flat, portion or shop, whether it is rented out or you use it yourself.

There's a minimum charge

Each paid service has a minimum, so if you only have a few units, you pay the minimum.

Your price stays fixed

Once we agree a price with you, it stays fixed for you. If our prices change, the change applies only to new clients, or when you renew.

10% off
The annual contract, when you pay for the whole year up front.
Half price
Setup, when you take it together with an annual contract.
20+ units
Lower prices per unit for 20 units or more, and lower again for 50 units or more. Contact us for a quote.
1 month free
For each owner you refer who joins ELVA.
